DAY 1: Arrival in GENEVA (Switzerland)

• Group reception at Geneva train station or airport 

• Transfer by coach to hotel in France to settle in

• Walk around the village, time to relax

• Dinner at the hotel restaurant – Free evening

 DAY 2: GENEVA (Switzerland) - YVOIRE (France)

•  Breakfast at the hotel

• Geneva: Visit to the International Museum of the Reformation and Espace Saint-Pierre

• Lunch

• Reformation Wall

• Shopping in a chocolate and souvenir shop

• Yvoire: Guided tour of the medieval village classified as “Most Beautiful Village in France”

• Return to the hotel – Traditional dinner: Savoyard fondue

DAY 3: VALLÉE DE JOUX - GENEVA (Switzerland)

• Breakfast

• Vallée de Joux: Vacherin Mont d’Or Festival in Les Charbonnières

• Picnic and free time to visit the stalls, then departure for Geneva

• Cruise on Lake Geneva

• Return to the hotel – Dinner

DAY 4: ÉCHALLENS - LAUSANNE (Switzerland)

• Breakfast

• Departure for Echallens

• Celebration in a Protestant church

• Lunch in Lausanne

• Free time

• Return to the hotel – Dinner

DAY 5: ANNECY – MONTMIRAL – VALENCE (France)

• Breakfast

• Visit to the Paccard Bell Museum in Sévrier

• Lunch

• Montmiral: Visit to the École Protestante du Cèdre (Protestant School of the Cedar)

• Valence: Check-in and dinner at the hotel restaurant

DAY 6: BOURG-DE-PÉAGE – VERCORS

• Vercors: guided tour of the Choranche cave

• Lunch at the on-site restaurant

• St Nazaire en Royans: guided tour of the Roman aqueduct

DAY 7: VALENCE – AIGUES-MORTES

• Aigues-Mortes: discovery tour of Petite Camargue by barge

• Lunch within the fortified walls

• Free time in the pedestrian streets of the old town

• Guided tour of the Tower of Constance and the ramparts

• Stop at a Mediterranean beach

• Dinner then check-in at the hotel

DAY 8: MIALET – ST-JEAN-DU-GARD – VALENCE

• Breakfast

• Générargues: guided tour of the Prafrance Bamboo Garden

• Cévennes steam train

• Lunch in a bistronomic restaurant in Saint-Jean-du-Gard

• Cévennes steam train: return journey

• Mialet: guided tour of the Musée du Désert at Mas Soubeyran

DAY 9: DRÔME PROVENÇALE

• Drôme Provençale: visit to the village of Mirmande (listed as one of “The Most Beautiful Villages in France”)

• Saoû Forest – free time followed by a retelling of the story of Isabeau Vincent, the shepherdess of Saoû

 DAY 10: BOUCIEU LE ROI – TAIN L'HERMITAGE

• Boucieu-le Roi, “Village of Character”

• Explore the village, then enjoy lunch in the center

• Rail bike and historic rail car

• Visit to the Valhrona Chocolate Museum in Tain l'Hermitage

• Dinner then return to the hotel
