Program

Day 1: Lyon / Valence

Arrival at Lyon train station. Visit the Basilica of Fourvière, then immerse yourself in the UNESCO-listed Old Lyon district, with its traboules and Renaissance courtyards. Lunch in an authentic Lyon bouchon restaurant. Cooking workshop at L'Atelier des Chefs, followed by a tasting of the dishes prepared. At the end of the day, check into a hotel in Valence, in the heart of the city.

Day 2: Mialet / Saint-Jean-du-Gard / Nîmes

In the morning, visit the Musée du Désert in the heart of the Cévennes, a place of remembrance for Protestantism. Then board the Cévennes Steam Train for a timeless journey through landscapes and valleys. Lunch in a charming, authentic restaurant in Saint-Jean-du-Gard. In the afternoon, an immersive tour of the Trabuc Cave, followed by a visit to the Musée de la Romanité in Nîmes. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Die / Valence

Visit a winery to discover Clairette de Die. Panoramic tour of the Sublime Routes of Vercors, passing through the Col de Rousset, Combe Laval, and the small gorges. Lunch at a restaurant in the heart of the Vercors Natural Park. Return to Valence and visit the Armenian Heritage Center. Transfer to Valence train station.
